To register you will need:

  • Group number
  • Subgroup number (if applicable)
  • Your latest bill

Who can create an account?

Two types of users can register on Employer Connection.

  • Primary Contact: Representing your company to Blue Shield, this user is the first point of contact and the only one who can register directly.
  • Delegate: The primary contact sends this user an invitation to register, including the Group number (and subgroup number, if necessary). Delegates can't register on Employer Connection without an invitation.
